This 7-week off-ice training program is designed specifically for young hockey players looking to build strength, agility, and endurance in the off-season. Through age-appropriate workouts and expert guidance, participants will improve their athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and develop foundational movement skills that translate directly to the ice. Whether your child is new to training or already active, this program helps them grow stronger, faster, and more confident in their game.
