Kelly (aka The Show) has been teaching and coaching a variety of sports at the high school level for 26 years. Kelly is a graduate of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto and was a member of the varsity volleyball team for 4 years. She has competed provincially (beach volleyball and track and field), nationally (volleyball and ball hockey) and internationally (CrossFit). She is a member of the Midland Sports Hall of Fame and recipient of OFSSA Coach of the Year (2007).
Kelly has competed at the CrossFit Games twice, in 2013 and 2016. She acheived a 10th place finish as a Master's 45-49 athlete at the 2013 CrossFit Games. She was back in Cali in 2016 and earned an 11th place finish in the Masters 50-54 category.
